Directions from Sequoia National Park
From the Giant Forest or Lodgepole, drive west on the Generals Highway. You will pass through the National Park boundry and enter Sequoia National Forest. You will pass Stoney Creek store( last chance for gas) and proceed west on the Generals Highway. Your next landmark is Monticito Lake Resort. You will turn right on the next road. The turn is signed Big Meadows/ Horse Coral. This road is also marked with a sign indicating horseback riding. Turn right onto this road.
