Three daily meals are included with each one-night stay at the Camp, and all go far beyond traditional campfire fare. Incorporating sustainable, local ingredients, the Camp's healthy cuisine is served al-fresco in the dining pavilion.
Each night our chef prepares a 5 course, set menu, featuring either fresh seafood of lean meats. The Camp will also try to accomodate vegetarians and those with special dietary needs, given advanced notice by email.
Do you enjoy fine craft beer and imported wines? We proudly feature an impressive selection of beverages as well as a wine list compiled by professional wine retailer Kermit Lynch (named Wine Professional of the Year by the James Beard Foundation in 2000). This attractively priced beverage list includes domestic and imported beer, as well as numerous wine varietals by the glass and bottle. Salud!
