Food & Beverage


Three bountiful meals are included in the daily rates. Overseen by our on-site executive chef, the cuisine is prepared fresh daily with a focus on healthful, seasonal and local ingredients.

A breakfast buffet is served each morning, with selections ranging from fresh fruits, cereals, and vegetable frittatas to more hearty fare of bacon, eggs and potatoes. Muffins and granola are made fresh in our own kitchen.

For lunch, guests are invited to "pack their own picnic" from a wide assortment of deli sandwich imported meats and cheeses, high protein snacks and take-along beverages.

Dinner is a convivial event, where guests enjoy each other's company and stunning sunset views while dining alfresco under the canvas roofed pavilion. Gourmet California cuisine style entrees showcase subtle Mediterranean-style flavor accents. Indulgent desserts are a highlight of each meal, and are made from scratch.

We are pleased to offer an outstanding selection of imported wines and European beer at a nominal charge. This extensive list has been compiled exclusively for us by San Francisco's renowned wine retailer Kermit Lynch and is receiving rave reviews from our guests. We offer this fine wine/beer selection in an effort to help you avoid carrying unnecessary heavy baggage into camp. If you wish to bring your own beverages, please note that there is a $20 corkage fee that includes glassware.

A vegetarian/vegan option is available for all meals and our chef is able to honor most dietary restrictions.
